Shipping Returns


We pride ourselves on offering a flat rate of $8.95 Ground shipping to the lower 48 states on orders exceeding $100. For orders that do not exceed $100, we offer UPS Ground shipping for just 4.99! We also provide a rush processing option which places your order at the top of the queue during processing. Additionally, we offer a UPS Next-Day(Overnight) Service. We typically ship same day if orders are placed by 3:00pm EST, however this cannot be guaranteed without the rush shipping option.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or other international locations, shipping quotes vary and can be calculated at checkout or in the cart. Please be aware that shipments to any location outside of the contiguousUnited States can take up to 24 hours extra to process.


MarineScreens wants you to be fully satisfied with your order and if you are not, we want to help you.  We accept returns if we are contacted within 30 days of the order date. If the item is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new, you will receive a refund.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments

If you received a damaged shipment, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will open up a claim with the shipping carrier and may need photos and other information to defend our claim. As soon as the shipping carrier makes a decision on the claim we will update you and send a replacement order if applicable.

Defective Items

If you received an item that was defective, out-of-the-box, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly as every product we sell is covered under warranty. If you have issues with contacting the manufacturer please contact us and we will try to work out a solution. If you are missing parts we also ask that you contact the manufacturer as we stock complete products only.

**Please note that we do accept returns or exchanges for navigation cards due to limitations imposed by manufacturers. All returns/exchanges for digital cards need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.**
